Depending on the type of consent provided, messages may include rental inquiry responses, property showing and scheduling information, application or leasing updates, tenant or property management communications, maintenance and service updates, account-related notifications, and other informational messages.

Customers who separately opt in to marketing communications may also receive promotional messages, rental availability announcements, property-related promotions, and other marketing communications from HP Property Management.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message. You may reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing, renting, applying for, or receiving services from HP Property Management.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
